    Yes, a non – refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking.

    For bookings made more than 8 weeks (60 days) prior to arrival, a 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellations that are made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival date: 25% booking deposit only.
    Cancellations that are made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date: 100% of the full booking price.

    In the unlikely event we cancel your booking for reasons other than Acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather or other events out of our control we will refund all monies paid to us.

    In order to comply with insurance, licensing and health and safety regulations the maximum occupancy of the villa is six (6) persons plus baby. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in eviction by the owners, their agents or local law enforcement agencies.

    Yes, the villa features internet throughout. The current line speed is 10Mbps making it the fastest internet in the Old Skala area.
    Please note: Due to the nature of the Greek telephony infrastructure internet access cannot be guaranteed. Outages after storms are not uncommon.

    The villa features satellite TV with hundreds of channels: including BBC First, BBC Brit, BBC Lifestyle, BBC Entertainment, BBC Earth, BBC World News, CBeebies, movie channels, and a variety of kids, fashion, lifestyle, music and sports such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, EuroSports, MTV, VH1, Eurosport etc.

    Yes, the villa will be cleaned midweek (additional Saturday clean for 14-night bookings)  including a change of linen & towels.

    “This was our third villa holiday in Kefalonia … Amazing villa, beautifully decorated and equipped, comfortable, spacious, luxurious accommodation which exceeded all our expectations. The villa is set up in the mountains and therefore has stunning views over the turquoise sea to Zakinthos. A very peaceful location, just the goat bells jingling and the cicadas chirping. Pool was simply amazing and much larger than the other villas we have stayed in…… I would highly recommend the villa to anyone who wants an away from it all place to stay but still within easy reach of skala by car or taxi. An exceptional and definitely unique experience!”

    This home is spectacular!
    Villa Asteri was the highlight of our stay! This home is beautiful , really beautiful. The layout and location are ideal and offers lovely and comfortable furnishings and details both indoors and outdoors. We love to cook and found the open plan kitchen wonderfully appointed with lovely indoor and outdoor dining areas. The view is spectacular! We hope to return soon!”

    “We stayed at Villa Asteri for two weeks at the end of September 2014, having previously stayed in September 2013. This really is a stunning property with amazing sea views, a fantastic outdoor pool, a beautiful, secluded location and everything you can think of to make this a ‘home away from home’. The interior and exterior of the villa are equally stunning with high quality fixtures and furniture throughout; the owners really have thought of everything. The villa is within easy walking distance of the taverna in Old Skala and easy driving distance from the shops, cafes and beaches of Skala. We had an amazing, relaxing holiday both times we visited Asteri and we’d highly recommend it.”

    Wow!

    We fell in love with this place the minute we walked through the door. The view out to the pool and beyond is spectacular. The villa is spacious, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We loved the walk in showers in the en suites and the fabulous views from all three bedrooms. The pool itself is amazing and the little seating area with the jets just adds to the pleasure of sitting under the sun and looking out to sea and after that you can fall asleep in the hammock! We made great use of the barbecue and the outdoor seating area in the evening with wine and candles! We even made pizzas from scratch and cooked them in the pizza oven. Within an hour of arriving at the villa we had decided that we wanted to book again so we’ll be back next year. Stunning villa in the perfect location on a fabulous island.
